No measure raw cookie dough

I have so many choices for my first blog and raw cookie dough seems like the first one to master because it is a very easy no measure recipe and it makes life a little more fun.

I could keep talking about how much I love it but I will spare you. This recipe is brilliant with my home-made coconut ice cream and you can get creative by making cookie dough ice cream cake and pie.

My 10 year old son Judd loves to make this recipe and he helped me take pictures.

Dough

2 big scoops of honey

3 big scoops of peanut butter or other nut butter

3 big scoops of coconut oil

2 big scoops of butter

Vanilla

1 little scoop of coconut sugar

2 big scoops of sunflower seeds

1 scoop of hemp hearts

1 scoop of coconut

2 cups oatmeal

Pinch of salt

Mini chocolate chips

Blend the honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, butter, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Grind and add the oatmeal and sunflower seeds. Also mix in coconut, hemp hearts, salt and mini chocolate chips.

Place dough in the fridge for 10 or 20 minutes. After, roll into 1 inch balls on a pan, then freeze and put in an air tight bag or container and place in the fridge or freezer.

A single batch makes about 50 balls.

Feel free to add half a mashed banana, protein powder, dried fruit, cacao nibs, seeds or nuts. Make them your own.

For fancy balls you can roll in coconut, hemp seeds or dip in chocolate.

My next post will involve peaches and cardamom.

I wish for health and happiness to all!

  1. Will have to try the recipe, sounds very good. You can’t go wrong with honey, banana, oatmeal and choc chips, my favorite foods.
